If you knew you would be supported, what would be different?

You may be feeling alone and deep in the trenches. Maybe you sought help before but it feels like no one is listening, or they don't 'get it', or they dismiss your concerns completely. This is a hurtful and invalidating experience especially when it's repeated. Do you ever feel like you are at the bottom of your 'to-do list'? Your relationship with yourself is just as important to nurture. The therapeutic relationship and space can serve to create harmony. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the state of everything. Know it is possible to explore parts of yourself, to grow and foster old and new relationships around you. Developing new parts of yourself through this challenging and incredible transformation of parenthood and matrescence (the developmental process of becoming a mother and huge identity shift) - this process is already happening for you.
