Parenting Program from $260
Online Sessions. A program designed to enhance your parenting skills and learn effective ways to understand and respond to your child's moods and behaviour. It is trauma-informed and based on over 50 years of research.
These books are written to introduce children to important topics such as body safety, consent, tricky people and safe people, and listening to their instincts.
Understand why your children are upset and be able to handle their big emotions with a clear focused mind.
Where's the parenting manual?
Do you feel a calling to heal your family line, break the cycle, or let go of old patterns and harmful family dynamics? No one prepares you for how much your child can trigger you as a parent. I wonder if your experience so far is similar to how you thought it would be. If not, you may find that you are now observing what is no longer serving you or your child and are looking for change.
Looking for answers and support is much needed for parents... we are all told about this infamous 'village' it takes to raise a child. Where do I sign up? I think they lost my address!
Improving your relationship with your child is healing for them, and for you. Learning healthy coping mechanisms, improving self-compassion, setting healthy boundaries, implementing gentle and respectful parenting practices, finding a way to discipline that feels like teaching instead of punishing... are all things you may not have experienced yourself growing up. What are you ready to let go of? What are you ready to embrace? Thank you for being a part of this important work that will ultimately contribute to the collective good.
Next Steps...
If you're looking for support in your parenting, I'm here to guide you and be a listening ear. I do not believe a 'perfect parent' exists. We all make mistakes, and this 24/7 gig is tough. Let's chat.
